Product Delivery Subscriptions

I've recently seen more and more product subscription service.  They range from $10 - $35 depending on your disposable income.  All claim to send you products worth more than that.  I find that sometimes they can get boring and a break is necessary.  Here is a summary of those services (will update as I find more)

$10
Ipsy Glam Bag: Beauty products
       +Usually gets a make-up brush, full-size lipstick or nail-polish
+Average 3 other sample size beauty products
+Have done exclusive previews for select members
+Coupon code for the brands featured in each bag
-Customizing in taste but has missed so far and no customization for skin-tone
A wide range of beauty brands: Stella, Buxom, Urban Decay, but also ones you would find in Target (Pixi, Yes to Cucumber)

Birchbox: Beauty products
       +Usually gets a full-size lipstick or nail-polish
+Does take into consideration your skin-tone and taste
-Comes in a cardboard bag (not a bag like Glam Bag)
-Has been known to give a piece of chocolate (February 2013)
-Gives perfume size sample that you can get with a magazine
A list of brands is given on the site (unsure if only these or just the most popular)

$20 - 30
Glossybox ($21): Beauty products
+Get some full size products (lipstick)
+ Mostly travel size of products (bigger than sample size)
+Available in many countries and brings together brand from outside the US
-Products come in a nice container, but those do repeat.
A list of brand is given on their site (unsure if they get product only from these or others also possible)

$30-$40
PopSugar Must Have ($38) - Full range of products (fitness, food, beauty)
+Mostly full size products (stability ball in January 2013's box)
(If you don't need it then it is a possible gift!)
+Has more than one product that is worth more than the box
+Books included in the last two boxes I have received (September & October 2013)
-Goods come in a box which does not provide any use and sometimes a lot of bubble wrap.
-A little too much food sample (for my taste) to inflate box value when it contains Must Have Food
