Hello 2013: Foodie Night Review

To ring in the new year, we had a foodie night.  Some were delicious and others were just good.  So here's what we ate & our opinion... {Trader Joe's, thank you}
- Trader Joe's Scallops Wrapped in Bacon (7.5)
- Trader Joe's Creamy Spinach & Artichoke Dip (6.0)
- Trader Joe's Vegetable Bird's Nest (4.5)

• Scallops Wrapped in Bacon: 7.5/10 
• Get 10 pieces per box
• Delightfully flavorful without being too salty
• Slightly oily
• Creamy Spinach & Artichoke Dip: 6.0/10
• Creamy and nice & stretchy cheese
• The chips will contribute a lot to this dish
• Vegetable Bird's Nest: 4.5/10



Vegetable Bird's Nest

• Without the dipping sauce it is rather blah
• Kind of like something my mom makes, but not nearly as good
• Quite oily
• Did not cook as pretty as the box depicted
